Satellite Wachenheim closes on 31.08.2023

1000 Satellites GmbH is looking for new satellites with expansion potential in energy-efficient properties and therefore announces the closure of the satellite in Wachenheim in the historic building on 31.08.2023.

Mannheim, July 03, 2023 – The company 1000 Satellites wants to establish a network of regional flex office locations to enable professional work on the doorstep of commuting employees. On the map of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the district of Bad Dürkheim is also part of this vision.With the opening of the pilot satellite in Wachenheim an der Weinstraße 2021, this space was covered. With the steady growth of the company and the increasing demand for flexible office space, the company is looking for properties with further expansion potential in the medium term and a perfect fit for the target group of 1000 satellites. The area of the Wachenheim site is limited and can therefore no longer meet this requirement. A larger area fits better into the concept of 1000 satellites in terms of resource conservation. Based on these arguments, the company has decided with a heavy heart to close the Wachenheim site on 31.08.2023. The area around Bad Dürkheim continues to be of interest to the company and thus the search for alternative properties continues.
